Shri. Chetan Bansilal Kankaria

Shri Chetan Kankaria is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pune. With over 26 years of extensive experience in land development and building construction, he has established himself as a seasoned professional in the infrastructure and real estate sector.

He served as an Independent Director on the Board of POWERGRID Corporation of India Limited from 2021 to 2024. During his tenure, he held key positions including Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He was also an active member of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, contributing to strategic governance and regulatory compliance.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Shri Kankaria has been deeply involved with various social organizations and municipal corporations. He has played an instrumental role in river conservation initiatives, particularly through efforts aimed at plastic pollution control.

He is also Director at Spartan Podar Learn School.
