Vigilance Awareness Week – 2023 was inaugurated at BDL today. Sensitization programmes, Vendors Meet, Walkathon etc have been planned during the week to enhance vigilance awareness among stakeholders.

As a part of Special Campaign3.0, a mini Marathon was conducted at BDL Township, Bhanur Unit.Single use plastic of about 0.05 MT was collected.60 members, including students from DAV school, participated.

As part of Special Campaign3.0, cleanliness drive was conducted at BDL,Kanchanbagh and Vizag Units.320 sft area was cleaned. 3.15 MT scrap was disposed.42 members participated.

Swachhta awareness programmes through Quiz, Slogan writing & Essay Competition were organized at DAV BDL Public School, BDL Township, Bhanur as a part of Special Campaign3.0. 176 students participated in the competitions.

As a part of Special Campaign3.0, cleanliness drive was conducted at BDL units. An area of 5030 sft was cleaned and

0.874 MT of plastic, wood and other waste was identified for disposal. 36 employees participated.

As a part of SpecialCampaign 3.0, segregation of Dry & Wet Waste was carried out around Community Hall and Vegetable Market at BDL Township.45 members participated. 10,400 sft area was cleaned. 1.554 MT scrap/waste disposed.

Cleanliness drive was conducted at BDL, Kanchanbagh Unit as a part of Special Campaign 3.0. 0.12 MT scrap identified for disposal.

Dr Samir V Kamat,Secretary,Dept of Defence R&D and Chairman DRDO planted sapling at BDL,as a part of Swachhata Campaign 3.0,on his visit to the Company on 19 Oct 2023.CMD,Directors,CVO & senior officials of BDL were present.

As part of Special Campaign 3.0, cleanliness drive was conducted at BDL. 4500 sft of area was cleaned. 90 sft space was freed. 2 MT of garbage disposed. 0.109 MT of scrap identified for disposal. 60 employees participated.

As part of Special Campaign3.0, cleanliness drive was conducted at BDL,Kanchanbagh Unit.3 MT of wooden boxes were identified for disposal.2700 sft of area freed up. Fumigation was done at BDL Township.
